The shop
When you place an order with Voss Detailing you agree to these terms. We sell from the Netherlands to buyers in the countries you can pick at checkout.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you.
First-order code
FIRST10 takes 10% off a first order. One use. One email. Claim it with the email you check out with. It cannot be shared, and it does not work for an email that has ordered before. We may refuse a code that looks abused.
Orders
Your order is placed when you pay. We send an email to confirm it. If we cannot fill an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Changing your mind
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and another 14 days to send the goods back. Bottles must be unopened. See delivery and returns for how to do that.
Using the products
Read the label before you use a product. Follow the steps on it. Test on a small spot first. Car paint, trim, and glass differ, so we cannot promise a result on every surface.
If something goes wrong
Tell us through the contact page and we will put it right. We are a small shop. Beyond what the law requires, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the order.
The law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in still stand. If a court says one line cannot stand, the rest still does.
